Hillarie Kay

Hillarie Kay is a results-driven corporate trainer, entrepreneur coach, and speaker with a strong foundation in business strategy and extensive experience with the Enneagram to create high performing and self-sustaining teams and businesses. Her journey in the world of business began from her very first breath, belonging to a family with a rich entrepreneurial heritage. 

Prior to becoming a third-generation business owner, she forged her path in corporate America, specializing in public relations and marketing.

In 2016, she embarked on my own entrepreneurial venture by establishing a full-service marketing agency. In 2020, she underwent a pivotal career transition, delving into the realm of business coaching. Here, she harnessed the power of the Enneagram personality framework to guide entrepreneurs and teams toward greater success. 

Since then, she’s collaborated with a diverse range of teams, spanning from innovative startups to industry giants within the Fortune 100 space.

Her true passion lies in supporting high achievers, corporate executives, and teams in their quest to prevent burnout, enhance communication, and optimize performance through the transformative lens of the Enneagram. 

Outside of work she lives a full life with her husband, two sons and three stepsons, splitting time between Southeast Missouri and the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. She’s obsessed with the 60s and 70s and you can often find her in antique and thrift stores searching for that perfect vintage outfit or furniture piece!

Joel Hubbard

Joel Hubbard is the Co-Founder of The Art of Growth, an Enneagram thought leader and certified coach advocating for personal growth and transformation. His work is guided by the belief that every individual possesses the power to overcome self-sabotaging habits and limitations.

Several years ago while struggling with burnout from his role in the ministry, the Enneagram provided Joel with the tools to take control of his life, rekindle his passions, and find a renewed sense of purpose. Through The Art of Growth, Joel found his true calling in helping teams foster effective communication, collaboration, and positive work environments.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Joel finds fun and inspiration on the racquetball court. Like most pursuits we resonate with, what began as a source of enjoyment evolved into a valuable teaching tool. Joel discovered that the same self-limiting patterns he faced in life mirrored those on the court. The lower stakes of the game provided a safe space to address these challenges.

Joel’s multifaceted approach to life – blending coaching, training, public speaking, content creation, and personal passions – encapsulates his dedication to empowering individuals to become the heroes of their own stories. His belief in the potential for growth, transformation, and meaningful change continues to guide his journey and impact lives on a global scale.

Jim Zartman

Co-Founder of The Art of Growth, a transformative platform specializing in Enneagram-based personality and emotional intelligence coaching. With over two decades of leadership experience, Jim empowers individuals, from Fortune 100 executives to those seeking an intentionally designed life.

As a Certified Enneagram Coach and passionate autodidact, Jim’s passion and intensity propels him to the forefront of his field. His journey began in his teens, fueled by curiosity about personality nuances, sparking a lifelong quest for self-discovery and understanding human diversity. This passion evolved into a globally impactful podcast and coaching venture.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jim finds solace in long-distance cycling, paddle board surfing, and Jiu-jitsu. His creative curiosity extends to songwriting, musicianship, and his recent book “And I Would Lift You.” Amid these pursuits, he treasures his role as a devoted husband of 18 years and father to a spirited 10-year-old daughter. 

Jim’s pivotal moment arrived with the Enneagram’s transformative power—liberating him from constraints and fostering self-acceptance. Today, he guides others in their growth journeys, kindling empowerment and authenticity.
